Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

*Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 3-7 days business days. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take longer.

 

*Delivery Times:
Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days within the
INDIA
Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

*International Shipping:*
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on the destination.

*Order Tracking:
 Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

*Shipping Restrictions:*
  We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

**Lost or Damaged Packages:**
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery for assistance.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 Return and Exchange Policy for The Puzzled Store

At The Puzzled Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, our return and exchange policy is designed to make the process as easy as possible.

**Returns:**
- Items can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

**Exchanges:**
- We gladly accept exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired piece.

**Return Process:**
1. Contact our customer service team at [support@thepuzzledstore.com] to initiate your return.
2. You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
3. Pack your item securely and include the return authorization form.
4. Ship the package to the address provided in your return instructions.

5. Print on Demand product will not be returned if you don't like your own mailed design.

**Shipping Costs:**
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

**Refunds:**
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

**Final Sale Items:**
- Some items, such as clearance or promotional items, may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
